Jeffrey J. Phillips

Founder and CEO

Jeff Phillips is a veteran of NEC, Sony, and Microsoft, where he directed cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically dispersed engineering teams developing products and solutions at the software, hardware, and system levels. His 19 year career spans work that includes Microsoft interactive television middleware, Sony VAIO personal computers including the acclaimed 505, and the NEC PowerMate product line. His startup experience includes Hager Telecommunications, Inc., where he developed ADPCM and SBC voice response systems and Urocket, where he designed hardware and software for an internet music appliance. He earned his BS in Computer Science at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA and pursued graduate studies in business administration before moving his family to the Silicon Valley in 1997.

James A. Warholic

VP, Technology Marketing

Jim Warholic has over 20 years of professional experience in technology marketing, computer systems and engineering, with a technical background in machine control systems and computer technology. He graduated from Penn Technical Institute of Pittsburgh, Pa. Jim specializes in Internet marketing strategies, online advertising, and creative copy writing. With an extensive background in computer technology and a commanding knowledge of the inner workings of the World Wide Web, his knowledge of website design and on-line marketing is unequaled.

Dennis G. Mesina

General Counsel

Prior to starting his own firm in 1991, Dennis G. Mesina worked with law firms in Palo Alto and San Jose where his work included business transactions and commercial litigation. He has worked with start up companies and individual entrepreneurs, covering the areas of business transactions, corporate law and employment law. Mr. Mesina also has a license to practice law in the Philippines and has been involved in international business transactions and litigation. With this comprehensive background, he is well-qualified for his role in counseling the corporation on the legal and practical matters which face new businesses.
